Tatupu Jr. a big hit with Marauders

Displaying tremendous power on the outside, Waipahu's Tatupu Tatupu Jr. was voted O'ahu Interscholastic Association White Player of the Year.
The hard-hitting outside hitter helped lead the Marauders to the league's championship match and qualify for the Division II state tournament.
Moanalua, which went undefeated in league play en route to winning the OIA White title for the second straight year, placed four players on the first team. Nā Menehune players that were honored were setter Kolby Kanetake and hitters Richard Harpole, Logan Molina and Karl Ko. The bulk of Moanalua's starting lineup returns next season.
Also making the first team were Branden Galapia and Galen Sumida of Waialua and Kaiser's Ronson Hill.
Waialua's Todd Cambonga was voted Coach of the Year. The Bulldogs qualified for the OIA White playoffs.
