Fetui fueled Mules' title run

After leading his team to a share of the division title, Leilehua's Joey Fetui was voted O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red West Player of the Year.
The senior outside hitter helped the Mules clinch a share of the OIA Red West title. Both Leilehua and Pearl City finished the regular season with 11-1 records and both teams advanced to the state tournament.
Teammate and fellow outside hitter Brock Paikai was also selected to the first team. Pearl City placed three players on the first team: outside hitter Bradley Rodrigues, middle hitter Reese Bustamante-Tolbe and libero Cameron Nebrija. Mililani had two players on the first team: Joshua Lenchanko and Andrew Longboy, who split the spring season with the track and field team. Wai'anae setter Johnovan Tyrell also made the first team.
Pearl City's Chris Kaneko was voted Coach of the Year.
