UH-Alabama softball game postponed by bad weather

The NCAA Super Regional softball game between Hawai'i and Alabama at Tuscaloosa, Ala., has been postponed today after the start was delayed more than 3 1/2 hours because of rain, high winds and lightning.

A doubleheader is scheduled for 6 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Hawai'i time tomorrow and will be broadcast on ESPNU.

A third game, if necessary in the best-of-three series, will be played on Sunday.

First pitch was originally slated for 12:30 p.m. Hawai'i time today.
