HAWAII-WESTERN MANAGEMENT GROUP
Hawaii-Western Management Group, the third-party administrator for Hawaii Medical Assurance Association, has promoted Judy Boyle Chun to chief executive officer. Chun, who had been serving as the company's chief operating officer, has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries. She joined HWMG in 2002.
Marc Baptiste, who had served as CEO of HWMG for more than 10 years, remains as chairman of the company.
NATIONAL COUNCIL ON COMPENSATION INSURANCE
John Schapperle has been elected to the board of the National Council on Compensation Insurance Inc., the largest provider of workers compensation and employee injury data and statistics in the nation. Schapperle is president and chief operating officer of Island Insurance. He is the first from Hawai'i to join the select group.
MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL
Marriott International Inc. has named Michael Nisky general manager of the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. He was most recently general manager of the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. He has 35 years of hospitality industry experience and is a native of Arizona.
HAWAIIAN PROPERTIES
Hawaiian Properties has hired Jeff Dickinson as vice president of the condominium division. He will be property manager of the Ilikai Association of Apartment Owners, one of the largest in Hawai'i, with 1,025 residential and commercial units. He has more than 15 years of property management experience.
HAWAI'I TOURISM AUTHORITY
The Hawai'i Tourism Authority has announced the appointment of Patrick Fitzgerald to its board of directors. Appointed by Gov. Linda Lingle and confirmed by the state Senate, he brings 20 years of tourism experience to the position. He is the chief executive officer and president of Hualalai Resort and Kona Village Resort.
BALDRIDGE & ASSOCIATES
Jojo Lopez has joined Baldridge & Associates Structural Engineering Inc. as its newest project coordinator/CAD technician.
He was previously employed at WCIT Architecture as project coordinator and at Architects Hawaii as job captain. He is on the board of directors of the Filipino American League of Engineers & Architects.
KAISER PERMANENTE HAWAII
Kaiser Permanente Hawaii has appointed Joy Barua director of community benefit. He is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, evaluating and improving community benefit programs and services for the Hawai'i region. He most recently served as interim executive director and director of finance for the Honolulu Community Action Program.
CADINHA & COMPANY
Cadinha & Company has announced the addition of Arthur Mallet as office manager. He will oversee all administrative functions as well as the support staff. He was most recently employed as a senior analyst by Bear Stearns and Company in New York City.
REVOLUSUN
RevoluSun, Hawai'i's leading solar design and installation firm, has hired Abbie Willow as project developer. Willow will help residential and commercial customers find the best solar systems and financing options to suit their needs. She was previously part owner of the construction company, Fleishours flooring.

Eva Gloriani as an accountant V, previously an accountant IV and accounts payable supervisor with the Department of Transportation, Highways Division,
Keola Chan as a research analyst responsible for special projects, previously with the Life Foundation.
Jennifer Armstrong as a public relations specialist III, previously with Hawai'i Community Foundation.
