A 19-year-old Oahu man was arrested late last night as a suspect in a Waikiki robbery.

A 29-year-old man told police he was walking on the sidewalk along Kalakaua Avenue about 11:30 p.m. when the younger man approached and assaulted him while taking his personal property.

Police were called to the area and arrested the suspect near Paoakalani Avenue on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
