UH-Manoa student reports being attacked, robbed of backpack

A security alert sent out by the University of Hawaii-Manoa this morning says a student was attacked by three men and robbed of his backpack last night.
The incident happened about 11:30 p.m. on the Dole Street sidewalk near the Hawaiian Studies building.
The suspects are described as:
• 6 feet and about 185 pounds, with a shaved head. He was wearing a gray undershirt and black pants.
• 5 feet 6 and about 155 pounds. He was wearing a white hoodie and black shorts.
• 5 feet 6 and about 150 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts.
Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call Honolulu police at 911 or UH Campus Security at 956-6911.
