Have fun with baby while getting fit
| |||
Most new moms want to shed pounds and shape up but would rather spend all their waking moments with baby. "Baby Boot Camp" by Kristen Horler, founder of Baby Boot Camp, with Amanda Vogel (Sterling, $15) shows moms how to get their pre-baby shape back in as little as nine minutes at a time, three days a week, while spending quality time with baby. It will help flatten her abs, tone her upper body, lower body and back and incorporate exercises with playtime activities that entertain baby.
