A high-surf advisory was lifted this morning for north- and west-facing shores on Niihau and Kauai, and north-facing shores on Oahu, Molokai, Maui and the Big Island.

The National Weather Service says north shore surf will be 10 to 15 feet through late this morning before diminishing.
On Oahu, it will be a partly sunny day with scattered showers.
Highs will be 76 to 81 degrees, with variable winds to 15 mph.
The next few days, however, are expected to be wet ones.
"Clouds and showers will increase over and near Kauai later this morning ahead of an approaching front," the weather service says in its area synopsis.
"Clouds and showers will spread across the rest of the smaller islands tonight before reaching the Big Island on Thursday. Northeast winds will increase behind the front, bringing another period of wet trade wind weather that will continue through the end of the week."
