AKC lists Honolulu's top dogs

The German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever are top dogs in Honolulu, according to American Kennel Club registration numbers.
The AKC today released its national and city lists of most popular dog breeds.
Shepherds and Labs tied for No. 1 in Honolulu, followed by Chihuahuas and Pomeranians. Dachshunds and Golden Retrievers tied for fifth.
Nationally, Labs ruled, followed by Shepherds, Yorkshire Terriers, Golden Retrievers and Beagles.
