A home on Waianae Valley Road was destroyed by fire early Friday morning.

One person was in the home but escaped without injury. A second resident was not home at the time.
Fire crews responded to a 4:51 a.m. report of a vehicle fire at 85-1128 Waianae Valley Road, according to a news release from Fire Capt. Terry Seelig.
Firefighters found a large bus that was being used for storage on fire. The blaze spread to a second bus and then to the home.
The fire was reported under control at 5:15 and extinguished at 6:40.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
