Honolulu Star Bulletin deputy city editor Chuck Parker will be joining KITV 4 as a managing editor on Jan. 25, the station announced today.

Parker has been at the newspaper since February 2001 and formerly was a news director for KHNL, executive producer for KHON and managing editor for KGMB.
Parker is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and St. Louis High School.
