Waimanalo man, 22, identified as victim in New Year's Day shooting

The medical examiner’s office has identified the victim of a New Year’s Day shooting in Waipahu as Kamuela Kaleikilo, 22, of Waimanalo.
The exact cause of death is pending toxicology reports, the medical examiner’s office said.
Police have charged Chadwick Tadly, 37, with second-degree murder.
