The Honolulu Medical Examiners Office has identified the Japanese tourist who was killed Friday in a single-car crash in Kaaawa as Yuko Okayama, 74, of Tokyo. She was a passenger in a car that hit a guard rail post on Kamehameha Highway near Kaaawa Place Friday afternoon, police said. No one else was seriously injured in the crash. No other cars were involved and neither speed nor alcohol appeared to be factors. Okayama was dead at the scene.
