Sift through tiny pieces of both contemporary and antique design at The Whole Bead Show, cash-and-carry event under way at the Blaisdell Center.

The general public and wholesale buyers are invited to shop for beads, buttons, charms and other bits of whimsy. Items are made of glass, stone, metal, pearl, amber and porcelain.
