Police arrested a 39-year-old homeless man in Chinatown yesterday afternoon after he allegedly threatened a 21-year-old man with a brick.

Police were told the two men were arguing when the older man picked up a brick and threatened to hit the younger man with it.
Officers arrived on the scene, recovered the brick and arrested the older man on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.
There were no injuries.
