Hawaii man indicted in sexual assault of teen
Keith Magallanes, 33, was indicted Thursday morning on charges that he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.
Magallanes committed "numerous sexual offenses" against the victim, who "gave birth to his child in December of 2009," Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Victoria Kapp said in court.
Paternity tests proved he fathered the baby and Magallanes "confessed in this case," Kapp said.
Magallanes had previously been "investigated for sexually assaulting another 13-year-old child," Kapp said.
