A 32-year-old homeless man was arrested this morning after a crewmember of a fishing boat tied up at Kewalo Basin told police he saw the man trying to steal a plasma TV from the boat's galley.

The crewmember, 48, was able to detain the man and call police, who arrived about 1:35 a.m. to arrest the intruder on suspicion of first-degree burglary.
