Gusty trades should fade tonight

The National Weather Service says strong, gusty trades will continue to blow through this afternoon.
The weather service says strong high pressure north of the Islands is driving sustained trades of 25 mph to 30 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph.
The weather service says the winds are expected to diminish tonight.
The wind, combined with dry foliage and low relative humidity, is also creating dangerous brushfire conditions and a red-flag warning remains in effect for leeward areas of all islands.
Residents are urged to be especially vigilant.
