Man airlifted to hospital after one-car crash
A 63-year-old Kapa'a man was airlifted to The Queen's Medical Center early yesterday morning following a one-car crash in Kapahi.
He was reported in stable condition at Queen's.
According to a preliminary report, the man was traveling west on Olohena Road near mile marker 2 at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday when his vehicle crossed the center line and hit a utility pole.
He was taken to Wilcox Hospital for treatment, then was flown to Queen's about 3 a.m. yesterday.
