Hawaii National Bank opens Honolulu branch
Hawai段 National Bank opened a new branch today at the corner of Kapi弛lani Boulevard and Pi段koi street, which replaces the nearby Beretania Street branch.
The building housing the new branch will be renamed the Hawai段 National Bank Building, according to a news release from the bank.
Thomas Ishida has been named as assistant vice president and manager of the new branch. He previously served as assistant manager of Hawai段 National Bank痴 main branch on King Street in downtown Honolulu. Veronica Sonico, operations supervisor, and the rest of the staff will move from the Beretania Street location to the new branch.
The Kapiolani facility is a full-service branch equipped with an automatic teller machine, a night deposit box and safe deposit boxes. The bank will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays.
The locally owned Hawai段 National Bank has 14 branches on Oahu, Maui and Hawai`i and will mark its 50th anniversary next fall.
