Police are investigating two separate incidents in which 15-year-olds said they were abducted in Mililani yesterday morning and in one of the cases the girl told police she was sexually assaulted.

In both cases, police said the girls were approached by a male in his late teens or early 20s.
In the first incident, the girl said the suspect threatened her with a knife and held her against her will at about 3:30 a.m. Police said the girl managed to escape after the suspect was confronted by a witness.
At about 7 a.m., the second victim said she was walking to a friend’s house when she was abducted and sexually assaulted by a male driving a white van.
Police are investigating whether the two incidents are related. Police did not provide locations of the abductions.
