If you’re in the mood to learn about yoga without moving from your seat, head over to the University of Hawaii-Manoa at 5 p.m. Sunday to watch “Enlighten Up,” Kate Churchill’s film that follows Nick Rosen around the world as he examines the good, bad and ugly sides of yoga while Churchill tries to convince him that yoga can transform everyone, a plan that crumbles and reveals an unexpected discovery.

In their journey, Churchill and Rosen encounter celebrity yogis, true believers, kooks and world-renowned gurus. The film features B.K.S. Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, Norman Allen, Diamond Dallas Page and others.
