Alexander & Baldwin Inc. has sold a Los Angeles warehouse for an undisclosed price.

The deal is part of the company’s strategy to sell mature real estate investments and reinvest proceeds in other property with favorable growth prospects on a tax-exempt basis.
A&B said the sale price was “favorable” for the 126,000-square-foot warehouse in the City of Industry.
