Shidler to serve as interim CEO for Pacific Office Properties
Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc., a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust that owns office buildings in Honolulu, said today Chairman Jay H. Shidler will serve as interim president and chief executive officer while a search for a permanent CEO is conducted.
As previously announced, former President and Chief Executive Officer Dallas E. Lucas left the company on Aug. 31 following the expiration of his employment agreement. Additionally, James M. Kasim resigned from the chief financial officer post effective Sept. 4.
Lawrence J. Taff, executive vice president for Honolulu operations, will serve as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is found.
Shares of Pacific Office Properties fell 14 cents to close at $3.75 yesterday on the American Stock Exchange.
