HAWAII — Admission will now be free to watch Tuesday’s opening round of “Pipeline’s Got Talent,” competition at Pipeline Cafe, venue owner Greg Azus said today.
“We’ll have a VIP area, but we want everyone to come and check it out,” Azus said.
The competition is a local spinoff of “America’s Got Talent.” It will run every Tuesday through the month of September, with the finals being Sept. 29.
The winner, if over age of 21, wins a Las Vegas-stay package from Vacations Hawaii. Participants under the age of 21 will earn a year’s worth of pizza from Papa John’s. The winner will also have an opportunity to open for a future show at Pipeline Café, Azus said.
