The National Weather Service has issued a fire weather watch, effective Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

The watch was issued because of a combination of dry weather — producing combustible brush — low humidity and windy conditions.
A fire watch means critical fire weather conditions are forecast to take place.
A high pressure system north of the state will keep trade winds blowing.
