Perfection is hard enough to pull off once.
But the 'Aiea girls volleyball team did it two years in a row in the O'ahu Interscholastic Association's Red Conference Western Division, going 12-0 for the second straight season.
So it was no surprise when Nä Ali'i took top honors after a vote of league coaches.
Danielle Grace, a 5-foot-9 senior opposite, repeated as OIA West Player of the Year and Blythe Yamamoto was named Coach of the Year.
Grace is joined on the West all-star first team by fellow Nä Ali'i Kelly Leopoldo (5-5, outside hitter, Sr.), Melelatu Samisoni (5-9, middle blocker, Sr.), and Ka'ala Leopoldo (5-2, libero, sophomore).
Pearl City landed two players on the first team: 5-8 junior outside hitter Tonisha Buford and 5-8 junior setter Marie Fujii.
Mililani 5-8 junior outside hitter/middle blocker Shyanne Cossey and Radford 5-8 senior outside hitter Kaeli Patton round out the first team.
Kelly Leopoldo and Samisoni are repeat picks.
