Hawaii Public Radio presents its annual Thanksgiving Day "Turkey Confidential" program with Lynne Rossetto Kasper today from 6 to 8 a.m.

The program will air on KHPR 88.1 FM Honolulu, KKUA 90.7 FM Wailuku, and KANO 91.1 FM Hilo.

Live phone lines — 800-537-5252 — will be open during the show so Kasper, award-winning host of public radio's national food show "The Splendid Table," can answer listener questions throughout the program.

The radio show will provide advice for Thanksgiving cooks, kitchen helpers and dinner guests.

This year, Kasper will be joined by guests such as Cook's Illustrated's Christopher Kimball, road food warriors Jane and Michael Stern, and wine entrepreneur Joshua Wesson.

The program will be simulcast live on the Web at http://www.splendidtable.org.
