UH student pepper-sprayed, robbed of phone

A woman robbed a University of Hawaii at Manoa student of her cell phone Monday night, UH Campus Security reported.
The student said she was walking west on Dole Street near the School of Hawaiian Knowledge about 7:30 p.m. Monday when a woman in her 20s asked to borrow the student’s cell phone.
The woman sprayed the student with pepper spray and fled with her phone in a waiting car, UH said.
