A 16-year-old girl and a 45-year-old woman were arrested in Waianae yesterday morning following a traffic collision.

Police were told the older woman got out of her car after the 8:50 a.m. collision and assaulted the girl’s mother and damaged the girl’s car.
At that point, the girl drove her car into the woman’s leg, causing pain.
Police arrived and arrested the girl on suspicion of second-degree assault.
Meanwhile, the woman was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal property damage.
