The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for all Hawaiian Islands starting tonight. Earlier yesterday the state was warned of a flood potential outlook.

The weather service said locally heavy rains and flash flooding are possible tomorrow and Thursday.

"An upper level low is forecast to move over the Islands Wednesday and Thursday and bring some unsettled weather that includes the chance of heavy rainfall and flash flooding," the weather service said.
