The University of Hawai'i's Britta Bourne, who had a hat trick in a 3-2 victory over Idaho Sunday, was named Western Athletic Conference Soccer Offensive Player of the Week yesterday.

Bourne, a senior forward from Honolulu, became the fifth player in UH history to record a hat trick. Bourne is the only player in the WAC this season to record three goals in a league match.

She is the second consecutive UH player to win the WAC award. Last week, Ambree Ako was honored.

The Rainbow Wahine finished their season 7-11-1 overall and 3-5 in the WAC.
