Honolulu police are looking for two men in connection with a robbery and stabbing that took place in Kalihi around 8 a.m. today.

Police say a 35-year-old man was walking home when he was approached by two men who demanded his backpack.
One of the men struck the victim several times, knocking him to the ground. The other man stabbed the victim in the abdomen and took his backpack and mobile phone. The two men fled on foot. Both men are believed to be in their 20s.
The victim was taken by ambulance to an area hospital. His condition is not known.
The case has been referred to the Honolulu Police Department's robbery detail.
