Brigham Young-Hawai'i's Latoya Wily has been named the Pacific West Conference Women's Basketball Player of Year after leading the Seasiders to third place in the conference and a 16-11 overall record.
Wily, a Kahuku High alum, also was the conference player of the year two years ago as a junior before sitting out last season due to an injury.

Hawai'i Pacific's Mana Hopkins was named PacWest Freshman of the Year, and teammate Tiffany Wilson was the Newcomer of the Year.
Grand Canyon's Trent May was named Coach of the Year.
Wilson and Hawai'i-Hilo's Sheila Azevedo joined Wily on the first team. Wilson averaged 13.7 points per game, while Azevedo averaged 14.4 points and 6.5 rebounds.
