Hawaiian Music HOF inductees to perform at Lei of Stars 2009

Palani Vaughan, Ka˙upena Wong, and the Leo Nahenahe Singers are among the 2008 Hall of Fame inductees who will be performing May 5 at a the Lei of Stars concert honoring all the 2008 inductees.
More acts are still being confirmed.
The trio of artists were inducted last year along with Joseph 'Ae'a, Elizabeth 'Alohikea, Albert Nahale-a, Alice Johnsonfrom, Kihei Brown, Anuhea Brown and John Keola Lake. Members of Leo Nahenahe Singers are Noelani Mahoe, Ethelynne Teves, Ramona Teves, Lynette Paglinawan.
All will be honored at the concert at 7 p.m. on May 5 at the Hawaii Theatre. Tickets are $27 and $17 and can be purchased at the Hawaii Theatre box office.
