Mililani tops 'Aiea in OIA baseball

Joey Aquino pitched a one-hitter with one strikeout and Chase Yamada doubled and had two RBIs yesterday as visiting Mililani handed 'Aiea its first defeat, 3-0.
Mililani improved to 1-3 in the O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red West division. 'Aiea dropped to 3-1.
The Trojans scored five times in the top of the seventh.
'Aiea's Kamalu Kamoku struck out 10 over six innings.

Daniel Sugihara, the previous batter, singled in courtesy runner James Higa to tie it at 6-all.
The first two Moanalua batters were retired in the seventh before Chris Liu-Saguid walked and Todd Takabuki was hit by a pitch. Both were replaced on the bases.
