Candidates hoping to fill the Honolulu City Council District 3 seat left vacant by the death of Councilwoman Barbara Marshall are scheduled to debate issues affecting Windward O'ahu on Hawaii Public Radio before a live audience from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 23 in HPR's Atherton Studio.

The debate will be broadcast live on KIPO 89.3.

Candidates who have agreed to attend are Ikaika Anderson, Tracy Bean, John Henry Felix, Wilson Ho, Steve Holmes, Sol Nalua'i, Tom Pico and Pohai Ryan.
