Pearl City sweeps Mililani in OIA baseball

Kahana Neal pitched a one-hitter with six strikeouts as host Pearl City beat Mililani, 9-1, to sweep an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Western Division baseball doubleheader yesterday.
The run allowed by Neal came in the fourth. Carlton Tanabe batted 3 for 4 with a solo homer and two RBIs for the Chargers.
In the first game, Tanabe batted 2 for 3 with a double and four RBIs as Pearl City beat Mililani, 6-3.

Mike Memea batted 3 for 3 with two homers and three RBIs, and Poo Kaalekahi and Jumar Gonzales each drove in two runs for Campbell.
In the second game, Keanu Kapana batted 3 for 4 with a two-run homer and three RBis, and Allyn Oliva-Respicio and Memea drove in two runs apiece in Campbell's victory.
