A high-surf advisory remains in effect for south-facing shores across the state.

The National Weather Service said the south swell will diminish a bit today, but will still generate surf of 5 to 8 feet.
Elsewhere on Oahu, look for surf of 3 to 5 feet along west-facing shores, 2 to 4 feet along east- and north-facing shores.
The outlook through Monday calls for a series of south and southeast swells to keep the surf elevated along south-facing shores through the week.
