A 26-year-old Mililani woman was charged today with second-degree murder in connection with the death of a 7-week-old boy last month.

Natalee K Westbrook was charged with one count of second-degree murder and her bail was set at $150,000. She is scheduled to make her initial court appearance Friday.
Westbrook is accused of causing the death of Maika Lawelawe-Westbrook. Natalee Westbrook is listed in the boy’s obituary as his aunt.
Westbrook was arrested yesterday in connection with the May 10 death of the infant. Police said the boy was found unresponsive on May 9 and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
But police said the boy died a day later. An autopsy determined that the infant died of “intracranial injury due to abusive head trauma” and classified the case as a homicide.
