Man wanted for homicide believed to be in Islands

The Honolulu Police Department and CrimeStoppers are advising the public that a man wanted for a 2005 homicide in California is believed to be in Hawai'i, and is considered dangerous.

Rodrigo Sigala, 23, also known as Jesse Gomez, is wanted by the Los Angeles Police Department. He has an extradition warrant for $2,050,000.

In February 2008, Sigala was using the assumed name of Jesse Gomez. He was last known to be working in the Halawa Valley industrial area.

Police believe Sigala is an active gang member and may be in possession of firearms. He is considered a danger to the community.

Sigala is described as 5 feet 4 and 130 pounds with black hair, possibly a shaved head, and brown eyes. He has tattoos of "LP" on top of his head and "213-559" on right side of his head
