BANK OF HAWAII
Omar Dunlap has been hired as operations manager of the Transaction Processing Group at Bank of Hawaii. His duties include overseeing the processing of customer transactions, which provides services for branches in Hawai'i and the West Pacific.
Also hired was Francois-Regis Masson as retail credit analytics and reporting manager of the Bank of Hawaii Retail Credit Department. His responsibilities include retail credit risk analyses for consumer, residential mortgage, business banking and private client lines of business.
Darin Shigeta has been promoted to vice president at the Bank of Hawaii Ala Moana Business Banking Center. He will provide full-service banking and financial services to business clients.
Alison Jones Leong has been promoted to vice president of private client services on the Big Island. She will provide high net worth individuals and their families with comprehensive wealth management strategies.
TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & TOWER
John Votsis has been appointed director of sales and marketing for Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk, responsible for all sales and marketing efforts, as well as public relations for the property.
ALOHA TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Aloha Technical Solutions, an IBM premier business partner, recently announced the promotion of Jackie Branch to vice president of operations.
CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK
Central Pacific Bank has announced the following promotion and new hires:
Lisa Nillos has been promoted to senior underwriter and vice president. She assists the loan officers in managing and underwriting their respective loan portfolios and supervises all underwriters in the bank's commercial real estate-Hawai'i division.
Ida Ferris has been hired as a vice president and commercial branch manager of the Kahala branch. She has more than 27 years of banking experience and handles overall management and growth of the branch's loans and deposits.
Jason Martinson has been hired as a vice president and commercial branch manager of the Pearl Highlands branch. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry and provides financial services to small business clients while building customer relationships and representing the bank through community service and activities.
XEROX HAWAII
Xerox Hawaii has appointed Curtis Lau marketing representative. He provides new and existing clients with solutions to them in managing their documents, allowing them to focus on their core business. He covers the entire East O'ahu area. He was previously with Sprint Nextel.

Isabel Figel has been hired as assistant general manager of Corporate Office Centers, one of the nation's largest executive suite operators. She will assist with all aspects of sales, marketing and operations and will help develop brand recognition and strategic relationships with local businesses, associations and commercial real estate brokers. She has an extensive background in the publishing and tourism fields.
ALOHA INSURANCE SERVICES
Aloha Insurance Services has named Cindy Hagio O'ahu group benefits account executive. She has more than 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and will focus on working with Hawai'i employers with their group employee benefits programs.
UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI'I AT WEST O'AHU
Dr. Patricia Lee Masters has joined the University of Hawai'i at West O'ahu as academic program officer. Her experience as a teacher will aid her in providing administrative support to the vice chancellor for academic affairs in developing and administering academic programs.
Jamie Hernandez has joined UH West O'ahu's business office as grants administrator. She oversees the daily management of extramural funds, certifies the availability of funds for travel and other expenditures, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
