Police yesterday arrested a 55-year-old man who broke into a Moiliili apartment, smoked a cigar and ate some food.

Jaime Valenzuela was arrested at 2750 Date St. at 11:25 a.m. after the apartment's resident returned home to find a window forced open and a man inside.
Valenzuela, who had been reported as a missing person, was arrested on charges of burglary in the first degree and for outstanding warrants.
