Siaosi Feleunga, 31, was indicted yesterday on a charge of negligent homicide for allegedly driving a truck that killed motorcyclist Lindsay Kane Dec. 28 in Waipahu.
Feleunga was also charged with operating a vehicle while his driver's license was revoked or suspended.
Authorities say Feleunga's truck cut off and then collided with Kane's motorcycle on Farrington Highway near Aniani Place in Waipahu. Police said the truck fled the scene.
Kane, 47, died after being hospitalized for treatment of his injuries.
The grand jury indictment returned against Feleunga also charged him with leaving the scene of the accident.
