Even when the economy slows down and budget cuts leave a group feeling slashed, the show must go on.
Kennedy Theater at the University of Hawaii at Manoa is undertaking a full season in the 2009-10 school year filled with theater, dance and musical acts.
“We are determined to provide a full season of exciting theater and dance works for Honolulu audiences and our UH Manoa students in spite of the fiscal challenges,” department Chair Dennis Carroll. “We have tightened our production budgets and reduced services that we hope will not impact our audiences.”
This season presents “The White Snake,” “The Homecoming,” “The Judith of Shimoda” and more.
Advance tickets are on sale now through September 5 for those who want to make the most of their dollar. Prices include all service fees and may be purchased by mail, by fax, or online at www.etickethawaii.com
