The Hawai'i Speed and Quickness Camp will hold sessions today and tomorrow at the UH athletic complex, across from the parking structure.

The cost is $10 (cash only) per athlete and registration will be held at Klum Gym 30 minutes before the sessions start.

The sessions will run from 8:30 to 10 a.m. both days.
