NEW YORK — Jennifer Hudson has finished her first music video since the slayings of her mother, brother and nephew. The clip for "If This Isn't Love" was filmed in Los Angeles and will debut the week of Feb. 9.

The 27-year-old singer/actress is slowly returning to work following the October slayings in which her estranged brother-in-law has been charged.

She is booked to sing the national anthem Sunday at the Super Bowl, and will also be at the Feb. 8 Grammy Awards, where her debut CD has been nominated for four awards.

LEDGER'S INSURER SETTLES LAWSUIT

LOS ANGELES — An agreement has been reached in a lawsuit over Heath Ledger's $10 million life insurance policy.

The existence of the confidential settlement was revealed in court documents filed Wednesday in Los Angeles. Ledger's attorneys are seeking a closed hearing next month to establish a court guardian to represent the actor's 3-year-old daughter, Matilda Rose, the policy's beneficiary.

A Ledger attorney sued ReliaStar Life Insurance Co. last year, saying the company was refusing to pay the actor's death benefits because it wanted to investigate whether Ledger's death was a suicide.

A coroner ruled that Ledger's death last January was from an accidental prescription drug overdose.

STUNTMAN HURT ON POTTER SET

LONDON — British officials are investigating an accident on the set of the latest Harry Potter film that left a stuntman seriously injured.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is in preproduction at Leavesden Studios near London.

An ambulance service says a man in his 20s suffered a significant back injury Wednesday. British media reported he was a stunt double for Daniel Radcliffe, who stars as the boy wizard in the hit films.

BOOKING AGENT SUES CHUCK BERRY

NEW YORK — Chuck Berry, whose songs include "Rock and Roll Music" and "Johnny B. Goode," is being sued by a booking agent for at least $123,000 over canceled shows and extra travel expenses on his European tour last July.

Berry, who is 82 according to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Web site, refused to give back $93,000 he was prepaid for three shows he canceled, Cheyenne Productions SA said Wednesday in federal court in St. Louis. Cheyenne said it incurred $30,000 in extra travel expenses, including canceled flights.

"Berry has refused to refund to Cheyenne any of the money he received for the three shows he canceled," the Las Vegas-based company wrote in its complaint. Cheyenne reimbursed promoters for the shows, it said.
