MLB: Suzuki signs one-year deal with Athletics

The Oakland Athletics agreed to terms with eight players, including former Baldwin athlete Kurt Suzuki, the team announced today.
Suzuki, the team's starting catcher, signed a one-year deal.
Also agreeing to terms with the A's were LHP Dallas Braden, LHP Dana Eveland, LHP Gio Gonzalez, RHP Sean Gallagher, RHP Henry Rodriguez, C Landon Powell and INF Daric Barton.
