Hawaii weather: Partly cloudy, breezy today

A high pressure area far north of the state will keep breezy trade winds blowing over the islands through next week, the National Weather Service said.
The high is large and strong, so it will be locally windy, according to the Hawaii forecast.
With the trade winds blowing, showers will be focused over the windward slopes with a few showers spreading leeward on the smaller islands.
Here's a closer look at what to expect for the remainder of the week:
Today: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 74. Breezy, with a northeast wind between 14 and 23 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight: Isolated showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. Northeast wind around 17 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 74. Breezy, with a northeast wind between 17 and 22 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday Night: Scattered showers, mainly after midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. Breezy, with a northeast wind between 18 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Saturday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 74. Breezy, with a east wind between 21 and 23 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Saturday Night: Scattered showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. Breezy, with a east wind between 18 and 21 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%
