Lululemon athletica's free weekly Smarty Pants fitness seminar focuses on women tomorrow.

Personal trainer Les Tin will discuss "Releasing Jane — The Warrior Within" from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. tomorrow. The seminar will include how women athletes differ from males, and how they can alter their fitness programs accordingly.

The lululemon athletica store is located in Ala Moana Center's Nordstrom wing.
